We will look for employment references and guarantors to support your rent payments. In return, we offer a friendly, down-to-earth service, looking to make sure the accomodation is kept in good condition. If there are any issues we aim to sort them out as soon as possible.
All our bills are included, so there are no squabbles about who pays what. On average our tenants are between 21 to 35 years old and cover a range of different nationalities. Mostly they are British but we have a lot of tenants from Europe, Australia, New Zealand and a whole host of other countries around the world.
